In an effort to best meet Michigan State University travelers' needs, the University has contracted with two Preferred Travel Agencies: Tower Travel Management and Passageways Travel. Under this contract, the Preferred Travel Agencies are required to provide a One Stop Shopping approach to travel services to encompass the travel needs of the University community.

In order to assure that the Preferred Travel Agencies are meeting your needs and providing the level of service you deserve, we need your feedback. If you have not used one of our agencies, please feel free to share why you have not.
