Beginning with the 2010-11 school year, schools in Washington will ask families about their experiences with their children's schools. Schools will share the information they gather in their annual reports.

The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction will make recommendations to districts on how to collect this information. As a family in Washington, your response to this survey will help us make these recommendations.
