POST SITE VISIT QUESTIONNAIRE - 4th Edition

The Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) strives to provide a comprehensive site visit process that is valuable to the PA program and effective in allowing the site visitors to verify, validate, and clarify information submitted by the program. As part of its ongoing self evaluation process, the ARC-PA appreciates feedback from programs and institutions that have recently completed site visits. Your feedback will be confidential within the ARC-PA. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey.
