The NFRC's mailed postcard serves as a reminder of the tools available for preparing for the meeting.
The pre-meeting emails and posts to the website were useful to me for setting deadlines and preparing for the meeting.
I find NFRC's Blog updates, Facebook and Twitter accounts (General/NFRC Windows or Meetings) a helpful way to learn about NFRC meeting activities.

For those that attended one of the NFRC's Virtual Training Sessions (July 7 or July 12): The goal was to help all registrants be as prepared as possible for a successful Committee Week.  Please provide input on topics that you feel needed more time - or additional items that you feel should have been included in the training?

NFRC used Citrix's GOTO Webinar Software to organize and facilitate the Virtual Committee Week as well as RW Poll to facilitate voting.  We will continue to explore creative solutions to improve the meeting experience working within the confines of current technology; however we do appreciate all feedback.  Please take a moment to rate the following meeting tools using a 1 to 5 scale, where 1 means you are extremely dissatisfied and 5 means you are extremely satisfied.

*When evaluating sites for our face to face meetings, there are many factors taken into consideration. Please rank the following options in order of importance to you with 1 being unimportant (not a consideration) and 3 being extremely important to you.
