Win a Copy of Ellen Hopkins' Latest Novel, Perfect

Ellen Hopkins, young adult author of books in verse, will be visiting the Johnson County Library on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at the Central Resource Library. Her books have been on the New York Times best sellers list and praised by teens and adults alike.
Hopkins' popular series Crank, Glass and Fallout, based on her own daughter's addiction to crystal meth, follow a young girl's fall from grace and the effect that her addiction has on her family and friends. The series, only recently concluded, has gained Hopkins a following of devoted fans who appreciate her unique writing style and honest portrayal of drug abuse.
In her new book, Perfect, available Sept. 13, Hopkins writes about four teens who strive for perfection, and reveals what they are willing to sacrifice for it.
