National Coalition for Core Arts Standards Application
NCCAS is committed to developing next generation standards that will build on the foundation created by the 1994 document (and the 2005 dance standards), support the 21st-century needs of students and teachers, help ensure that all students are college and career ready, and affirm the place of arts education in a balanced core curriculum.

Designated working groups will include a balance of members across specific areas of expertise, geography, diversity and experience.

The application is a two step process as follows:

1- Please complete the short questions on this application form. When you have successfully submitted your answers a thank you message will pop up. We apologize however there is no way to save a partial application. Once you have begun the process, you must complete the form or risk losing your data. All information received will remain confidential.

2- Please email your résumé to NCCAS Project Director Mr. Phil Shepherd at jazzjam@aol.com - if you have an online résumé simply supply the link in the last question of this application form.

NOTE: If you have brief examples of curriculum and/or assessment models that you have created you may include them with your résumé.

Those chosen by each of the content discipline organizations from the pool of applicants will be contacted directly by NCCAS.
