Hello, I am a freshman at Dublin High School. I am participating in the Alameda County Science and Engineering Fair. I chose to do a epidemiology study on the correlation between meat consumption and rheumatoid arthritis. The reason I am doing a study on rheumatoid arthritis is because it affects 1 in 100 people every day and the cause is still unknown. Your response to this survey will help in the worldwide effort to find the cause of Rheumatoid Arthritis. This is an anonymous survey, so please do not write your name. Please fill this out honestly. Even if you do not have rheumatoid arthritis, your response will still contribute to the study.
