The NFRC's mailed post card serves as a reminder of the tools available for preparing for the meeting.
The pre-meeting emails and posts to the website were useful to me for setting deadlines and preparing for the meeting.
I find NFRC's Blog updates, Facebook and Twitter accounts (General/NFRC Windows or Meetings) a helpful way to learn about NFRC meeting activities.

6. NFRC's Tuesday evening member reception was held at the Southface Eco Offices with tours of the state-of-the-art facility provided throughout the evening.  Did you attend the event?

I look to the NFRC Blog between NFRC Meetings to find industry news/information.
I take advantage of twitter alerts or texts to remind me of NFRC Membership Meeting deadlines and additions to the website. 
I would be interested in additional alerts or texts via twitter during the meeting to let me know of subcommittees or committees start times/changes other.
