Chesapeake Midstream Affected Public Public Awareness Survey

Knowing where pipelines are buried before starting a digging project is the best way to avoid being injured or disrupting vital utility services in your community. The safety of our communities is a top priority for Chesapeake Midstream. Please take a few moments to complete the following survey questions, which will help us measure your overall understanding of pipeline safety and help us continuously improve our communication. Remember to know what’s at stake TM and call before you dig whenever you are installing a fence, building a deck, planting a tree or performing other digging projects.

Once you have completed the survey, your name will be entered into an annual drawing for a chance to win a gift card. Please remember to provide your contact information at the end of the survey so we will know how to reach you should your name be selected. We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your information with any outside party.
