I understand and agree to the fact that it is my responsibility to read the Employee Handbook and become familiar with its contents. I acknowledge my understanding that the Belmont University Employee Handbook is maintained on Belmont University's Office of Human Resources Internet Website.  The Internet address for Human Resources is http://www.belmont.edu/hr The Employee Handbook is available under the Policies section. I acknowledge receipt of this Employee Handbook and the understanding that this receipt must be acknowledged and submitted to Human Resources by means of this survey.  

This Employee Handbook includes policies and procedures applicable to all Belmont University staff members. Belmont University endorses the plans, policies, and procedures described herein, but it reserves the right to modify, revoke, suspend, terminate, or change any or all such plans, policies, or procedures in whole or in part at any time with or without notice.

The language used in this handbook is not intended to create, nor is it to be construed to constitute a contract of employment or as a contract guaranteeing continued employment between Belmont University and its staff members. Staff members are free to leave the employ of Belmont University at will, and Belmont University is equally free to terminate the services of any staff member at will. The contents of this handbook supersede all other printed and online policy documents.
