Details of all registrations will be stored in a database held by the British Dental Health Foundation. The details will be used to send you information about National Smile Month 2012 and other products and services available from the British Dental Health Foundation.

Your details may also be made available to the official sponsors and partners of National Smile Month, who may wish to send you more information about their products and services. If you do not wish to receive information from them please indicate below.

Free 'Smileys'

This offer is run by the British Dental Health Foundation.  The offer is limited to UK organisations and only one application per organisation.  Only the first 2,000 eligible organisations will be considered for the offer.   Applications for this offer can only be made online.  The Foundation reserves the right to withdrawn this offer without notice. The Foundation has the discretion to decline applications from some organisations without specifying a reason.  There is no right of appeal for applications which are declined.  The offer is available on a first-come first-serve basis.  The 'Smileys' will be issued within 2 weeks of registration.
