• Answer questions regarding level of expertise in real estate and an explanation on why you are applying.
• Provide brief overview of knowledge and experience in real estate and your primary areas of interest.
• Submit two letters of recommendation

In 2009, ULI Colorado and it's partners came together in an effort to mentor minorities and women interested in learning more about real estate and real estate development The program brings together ULI developers, real estate professionals and protégés with three goals:

• Increase the number of minorities and women in the real estate industry, particularly in real estate development
• Empower minority and women real estate professionals and businesses to step into the role of real estate developers through participation in a mentoring program with a local developer
• Through membership in ULI Colorado, give minorities and women the opportunity to network with real estate professionals, increasing the diversity of the ULI Colorado membership, and the local industry.
