Something To Think About: Feedback Questionnaire
Your school is one of only a few schools selected to pilot a new CHARACTER COUNTS! project called "Something to Think About." Before we launch this program nationwide in August we need your help. Please take a few minutes to fill out this and future survey forms and give us your most honest and complete feedback. This survey focuses on the first four "Something To Think About" stories. Thank you for helping us do a better job creating a product that you find interesting and helpful.

Something to Think About #1 - Making Good Decisions. Story about two young men who removed a stop sign as part of a fraternity initiation who were charged with manslaughter when a fatal accident occurred at the intersection left without the stop sign and the teenager who dared his friend to slide down a trash chute. The friend who slid down the trash chute was killed by an automatic trash compactor and his friend was left with guilt and grief. When it turned out she was lying his son called him a fool and his wife said she was proud of his generous heart. What grade would you give the commentary in relation to each of the following factors? Story about two friends hiking in the woods who came upon a bear and a group of Special Olympic athletes who stopped a race to help a fallen competitor.
