The Foggy Bottom/West End Village Board of Directors is working to launch an Aging in Place Village that will provide services to help FB/WE residents live independently. We need your feedback to determine what those services should be.

The survey lists the types of services Villages typically provide to facilitate independent living at home. These include transportation, minor home repairs, social opportunities and much more. Knowing which of these services you would need and use is critical, so please help by completing the following survey by August 1, 2012.

The Board will use the survey results to determine what needs the new Village will strive to meet and what funding will be necessary.
