Prior to completing this form you must have already submitted the 2012-2013 Coordinator form. If you have not, please go to volunteer.ocps.net, "Coordinators" tab, click on 2012-2013 Coordinator Appointment Form to enter your coordinator(s) for this school year.

Otherwise, you may proceed with completing the Coordinator Appointment Update Form to reflect changes that have occurred this year and/or were not submitted in the original submission.

Volunteer coordinators serve as the liaison for the principal and work with the community, staff, and students. Please select employees/individuals who are able to dedicate time to the assigned position.
