FCCLA Environmental Ambassador STAR Event participants should complete the following Stewardship Project Summary Form and include the proof of submission available at the end of the survey in the competition portfolio. The 10 question form will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Your project information may be used in FCCLA reports to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, communication with potential partners, FCCLA publications, and general use by FCCLA national headquarters, but personal information will not be included.
