Leaders by Choice is a bi-weekly officer training workshop series which was designed with two goals in mind. First, it will provide training and support to help Greek officers and supporting members fulfill their responsibilities more effectively and efficiently. Second, it will introduce the Greek community to the various faculty and resources readily available at UMBC. (It also indirectly raises positive awareness to our community among the campus administration!)
