During the next phase of your Network's Goal Setting work, you will use several criterion to score your network's top five goal statements from the last brainstorming session.

This tool will help us decide which criteria are important to your Network. The average rating from your Network will become the weight used in the next scoring phase for each criterion.

If you have ideas for additional criterion that should be considered, please add them in Question 2 and we will have the group consider them at the next in person session.

Geographic Reach - Can the goal apply to all six counties of the Grand Vision (Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Wexford, and Kalkaska)?
"Needle Moving Change" - Does the goal seek to change (increase/decrease) a community-level condition?
Measurability - Are there indicators that can be identified that will help track progress towards the goal? Will we know when we get there?
Alignment with Your Network's Guiding Principle - Will the achievement of the goal significantly further the Grand Vision guiding principle that the network adopted?
Alignment with Other Grand Vision Guiding Principles - Does the goal align well with other Grand Vision guiding principles?
Collective Impact - Does the attainment of the goal require cross-sector partners to be involved in aligning their actions (government, business, nonprofits, education institutions, citizens)?
Public Will - Will the goal inspire the public to become engaged with the work of the network?
Achievability - Is the target of the goal within reach?
