Fathers of Children with Disabilities Survey - Joe Butler |
Thank You for Your Participation!
The goal of this survey is to glean a better understanding of how the church and parachurch organizations can effectively come alongside fathers of children with disabilities. I am particularly interested in responses directly from fathers of children with disabilities. Your answers will be kept anonymous.
For this survey, I am using an adaptation of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) definition of an individual with a disability which is as follows:
A person who has a physical, intellectual, developmental, learning, emotional or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, a person who has a history or record of such an impairment, or a person who is perceived by others as having such an impairment.
Please share the link to the survey with any fathers of children with disabilities that you know.
