Thank you for taking the time to complete this request for a national guest at your Alpha Chi Omega event.

This survey ensures that staff has all of the necessary details before presenting requests to our national volunteers. To help us organize the details of these requests in an efficient manner, please complete and submit the following guest request form. Please provide the details about your event as accurately and completely as possible to ensure your request will be reviewed in a timely manner.

Consider the following in submitting your request:


• Events may include a chapter anniversary, province/state day, Founders’ Day or service/philanthropy event.

• The Fraternity will consider funding the travel costs for the representative of the National Council/board members for significant milestone events (i.e. 50th, 75th, 100th chapter anniversaries). These milestone events will receive first priority in determining the Fraternity funding of the guest’s travel costs.

• It may also be determined that a guest may attend at the expense of the host chapter/group to include travel and any other miscellaneous expenses, which could around $1000 for a weekend trip, and the host chapter/group would be billed for.

Once the request is reviewed you will receive a follow up email indicating the status of your request.
